En fait, cet hôtel fait partie du même groupe que Darma Agung, mais les installations sont différentes. En arrivant à cet hôtel, j'ai été enthousiasmé par l'environnement, la zone de l'hôtel est spacieuse, si vous êtes ici pendant 2 jours, vous serez satisfait simplement d'explorer l'hôtel et ses environs. L'hôtel dispose d'un lac qui peut être utilisé pour la baignade car il n'est pas profond. A 7 minutes de l'hôtel se trouve le port d'a****ta, il y a une piscine. La vue depuis la chambre donne directement sur le lac, vous pouvez voir les poissons dans le lac. C'est donc amusant pour les enfants. Devant l'hôtel traditionnel PSR, vous pourrez explorer et rechercher des vêtements traditionnels du lac Toba. Vous pouvez prendre une chambre supérieure B face au lac pour seulement Rp. 359 000... J'ai d'abord réservé un hôtel sur Trip.com… à l'enregistrement, on m'a dit que la réservation provenait de Traveloka ! Mes informations personnelles ont donc été partagées sans mon accord !
J'ai essayé d'appeler Trip.com, mais impossible de me joindre !
Pire encore… la chambre qui m'a été attribuée n'avait ni clim ni ventilateur… la nuit, des insectes s'introduisaient dans notre chambre…
J'ai voulu appeler la réception, mais le téléphone était en panne…
Le lendemain, le petit-déjeuner était encore pire ! À 9 h 30, les plats et les boissons étaient presque finis et toujours pas de réapprovisionnement… jusqu'à ce que je me plaigne !

Wij verblijf in deze hotel voor 2 nachten maar de kamer heb geen waterkoker en de benodigdheden voor coffee of thee te maken. En als jij het naar de receptie vragen de antwoord dat standaard kamer heb geen waterkoker:-( raar. Het is toch een hotel niet een guest house. De bed lig niet stabil. Wij zijn erg niet tevreden om hier te verblijven:-(
